@Fundamentals in seriousness for recovery/upping training
Stick to hard liquor if you're gonna drink
L-carnatine supplements(3000mg a day)
Tart cherry supplements
Used to take Advil after runs for the anti inflammatory haven't been doing it much as of late though. Good precautionary take if you think you're putting a lot of strain on the legs
Personally drink coffee after runs 90% of the time also has anti inflammatory properties but I'm just a caffeine fiend(a caffeind if you will)
I know a 4 stretch post-run routine but don't know the names of the stretches to look up, think I'll get Ralph to record a video of him doing it and send it to you. TBH I've like completely stopped stretching over the past year or so and seen very little uproar from my body for it but idk I got weird legs
Also doing a 20 minute jog first thing in the morning like 2 hours before a 50-60 minute run is the s***
saving this
appreciate you
Strava family gotta stick together
fit boys aint been so active since Ralph joined.

@Fundamentals one more running tip grass is the most OP running surface by far
That extra "give" on every step builds calf/ankle strength plus it's way easier on your legs than road running. I used to live by a well-kept intramural field that was about .75 miles running the perimeter lots of my favorite runs ever happened running loops on that field
If you're gonna do loops though make sure to switch directions every so often too so your hips don't shift
I've known a lot of runners that say running loops all the time would drive them nuts but I don't follow that line of thinking at all

What about sand
What about sand
I seen people say it's good tried it when it was younger for me it just made my Achilles hurt too much to keep doing
You def aren't gonna get any impact type injuries on sand though. Just don't overdo it
In contrast you can def overdo it on grass
