I don’t think u know much about the case if u think “he’s beyond cook” case is super beatable and even more winnable on an appeal

2. Gunna n Slimelife plea deals didn’t identify thug as a member or leader of the gang because they weren’t even accused of any violent crimes.
3. The only 2 that took Alford pleas can literally legally say “I maintain my innocence I just didn’t want to go to trial”
1. Part of the plea deal means they can be called to testify. The prosecution will just make them say everything they said in the plea deal on trial.
2. Gunna and Slimelife don't need to identify Thug as the leader of the gang. They just needed to admit that YSL is a gang. Thug is a cofounder of YSL so a jury can already assume hes a leader. Plus they have witnesses and evidence that can show hes the leader.
3. This is not true. Again, part of the plea deal means they have to testify in court when called. They can't just say I didn't want to go to trial.
Gunna and the others can plead the 5th and not implicate themselves in crimes but if they get asked about Thug or YSL as a gang, they have to answer or else they go to jail for violating their plea deal.

we’ll see when the trial happens if they get called. the lawyers have said that they won’t, the documents say that they can. just because they can don’t mean they will. at the end of the day its all speculation until it happens. Second point is facts sadly. i dont think they need Gunna or Slimelife testimony the evidence seems to be on their side to prove he a leader.
