i’m scared because i always read that suicide doesn’t happen when ur too low or too angry but when it’s that perfect balance
i’ve always abused substances and cut for as long as i could remember but now it’s getting scary
i’m nowhere near as sad or angry as i was in my youth, but i feel a lot more brave in my addictions if that makes sense? it’s almost like consciously “i feel fine” but my actions say the complete opposite.
not even my first time since i moved to europe where i had to have someone watch me as i sleep bc i was scared i was gonna od off some opioids i mixeds*** is a bad situation i need help fr before it’s too late bht i can’t get therapy until i’m back in the states sadly

This why I can’t do social media, everyone wants to give their opinion on a topic and when people start disagreeing with you they’ll dig their heels on the “side” they’re taking, troll/say hurtful things simply by projection, and be purposefully obtuse and take every comment out of context and read what they wanna read to fit their narrative or whatever point they wanna get across
Half the motherfuckers in here trying to take some moral high ground aren’t 1/2 as passionate about this topic as they seem, they just want to say “I’m right, you’re wrong”

I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been whooped and each time it was for something that put myself/others in danger. My dad would always discipline me with time outs and conversation so when he got that belt out I knew it was serious and I’d instantly change my ways. If you whooping your kid for everything they do wrong you a s***ty parent but a little physical discipline when the kid does some really bad s*** isn’t wrong at all, if anything it shows there’s consequences for poor behavior and you can get hurt way worse in the real world
