Depends tho. You can get a DUI for falling asleep in the drivers seat with the car running with your car parked lol, so that’s why the arrest is so common as well

they give niggas DUI even after blowing zero if you admit to drinking at any point during the stop cause “technically” it’s still in your system as they’re gonna offer you the blood test in jail. also get DUI if you admit to drowsy medication etc.

walk in there with a lawyer, you definitely getting that tossed out or lowered as the cop is not gonna show up and your lawyer been emailing the prosecutor before ya’ll even show up to get the best deal. walk in there alone? you walking away with that DUI charge AND probation AND classes AND license suspended AND community service AND fees

Sentencing in America weird af. Seen some guy make some threatening social media posts and he was arrested at a church the next day. Had a gun and police found numerous loser type letters/emails he wrote, was obviously planning a mass shooting. But still, didn't actually do anything yet by the time he was arrested

He got sentenced to 25 years in prison People who commit actual serious crimes like murder and sexual assault get less than that

my 2nd job was overnight and dead so I’d just go out with my homies then come back for the shift change. well this night my body wasn’t having it anymore and boom, woke up with my front end inside a sheriff lmfaoooo I can’t make this up

got my first DUI back in the day while playing a game of Chinese fire drill with some cats and a couple dolls after we left the passion pit. Unfortunate thing was I was hopping out of the passenger seat hopping into the driver seat. If it werent for that darn game i wouldve been cool as a cucumber.

Had a couple slip ups since then but life still all good. Dont sweat it too much. Cant let stuff like this keep you from enjoying life. The law man might not like it but for better or worse there aint nothin better than having one hand on the steering wheel and a tequlia sunrise in the other. Peace
