  • Round 2 in 2 hours

Going to be my first ScreenX experience too so I’m very curious to see how that turns out

  • Imagine this movie but swap The Hand with The Enforcers and Jean with Mr. Negative.

I wanna see Spidey squabble with Fancy Dan.

    Neat

  • I suppose one of the cool threads they can keep from this point on is Spidey having a special relationship with Jean if any future movies have cross overs between him and the new X-Men.

So I've historically been an IMAX guy and was bummed to not see these movies in that format

I saw Fantastic Four last year in both IMAX and Dolby (Row E), and thought IMAX was 10x the experience. Dolby felt super flat compared to it - didn't really hear the benefits of the sound quality either.

I have now seen Spider-Man 3x in Dolby

    Twice in Row D
    Once in Row B

Visually, Row D was the better, more comfortable experience

But Row B, overall, might be better. The difference in sound and feel from the second row to the 4th+ is night and day. The tank chase scene, you feel ALL of it and its rumbling through your chair.

Idk why the experiences are so much different by row, but thought I'd share.

Going forward with Dolby, I think I prefer B or C vs the more traditional Rows D-E.

  • Every theater screening near me is at least 98% full capacity for the entire day . This definitely breaking the record

If they had a lot more screens they wouldn’t need exclusive deals and to sell tickets months in advance

Man I don’t know why or how anyone like Ned and MJ. When it’s all 3, it is annoying as F***. I’m so glad they kept their s*** short.

MJ and Peter is better and makes more sense. But again, it’s only a small part of the movie.

Is it more did anyone think that blonde chick a the beginning of the movie give hints to Felicia Hardy?

Like obviously theyre introducing Jean but theres no allusion to the X men team or what she’s going to be in the future. They didn’t do any setting up. For the purposes of this movie shes just a person with powers who needs Spider mans help. To be clear its not a criticism. It was just different than what I thought they might do

I mean did you want this to be a set up movie?
