Heros and Villians did 185k first week. Why are we acting like Metro is some DJ Green Latern or some s***? I liked the project a lot but numbers wise this was not good
numbers wise this was not good
There’s no such things as an album being bad numbers wise lol the sales of an album has absolutely no bearing on its quality
Sales have nothing to do with me as a listener

Look at the features on the tape and stop being reetarted
The f*** you want Dro n Rich Kidz to sell in 2025
it’s a miracle it even sold 20k

Bro telling me to look at the features like I’m not bumping the album repeatedly.
Drake Stans have been waiting for one of Drake’s opps to flop forever now since Kendrick and Clipse did not flop and they finally got one. Sad.
It’s good music
not disputing that i liked the album n don’t really care bout numbers but it’s not a surprise it didn’t move
Quit the slander, people. All of @op threads are made in good faith. Don’t believe me? Just see for yourself!

Oh they still mad about Metro being the catalyst to the beef? These drake Stans so corny

I made a positive Kendrick thread last week for christ sake!
@thegreatdivine how convenient, numbers don't matter now
i have not listened in full yet but soundwise it didnt seem like a commercially driven project so 20k is not too bad, not that it matters anyway
metro big enough to should be able to do more than 20k first week after his last couple projects
not sure why people capin so hard
there is more important stuff than numbers, lot of people seem to f*** with the tape and did what its supposed to do
numbers are still bad, thats just how it is when you enter the big leagues
As I said in the sales thread, Wayne dropped a mixtape with Rich The Kid that sold 19k fw.
You'd think Wayne alone would result in better sales than that but the reality is that mixtapes without hits don't sell well even if you're a big name artist.
Its sad to me that the sound all on that tape is now “underground” and “niche” to a lot of kids
