that was crazy. think this is my favorite of the 2d metroids i've played. maybe 2nd to super at the very worst if recency bias wears off

Just beat the game and 100%’d everything on my first playthrough. What an amazing game. Haven’t been this addicted to a game in a long ass time and this s*** was just straight up fun as f***. GOTY 2021.

boss fights, interconnected areas, i could go on forever

it felt like they made this game for the ppl who played metroid fusion as kids and got into dark souls when they grew up

got a 3:06 clear time moving onto hard mode for the next run whenever that is

early space jump and early screw attack skips were hard as f***, took me a long time and a lot of resets to get those down
