Yep they have the whole series. Seasons 1-2 were roughly 3-5 minute shorts released between 2003-2004 (I think it was released on DVD as Volume 1)

For Season 3 (which they marketed as Volume 2), George told Genndy to make them longer so they became 15 minute episodes (more dialogue and characterization). The final 5 episodes were released in 2005, just a few months before ROTS was released in theaters
