high frequency isn't inherently wrong, it depends what your overall routine looks like.
I wouldn't recommend actual core exercises daily, but I do them nearly every training day. i refrain from doing them on days before any heavy full body compounds like squats or RDLs.
imo just toss them on a leg day twice a week
i do abs on arm/chest days like today was chest day then wed is deadlift day i could not do them on leg days because my glutes legs hips etc are all impacted already from the heavy lifting of deadlifts

That’s reasonable. I just approach it as, if I’m doing squats or deadlifts I want my core to be as primed as possible.
I stopped barbell squatting due to shoulder injuries anyway though.
Just had my required 10 week TRT labs done. All of my health markers are still in normal healthy range except my testosterone. The lab they use only measures up to 1,500 and my results were just “>1500”.
Now that I know I tolerate test well I think I may start my first cycle next week. Considering these options
A: 400 mg Testosterone C + 100 equipoise per week for 16 weeks
B: just 300 mg Testosterone C per week for 16 weeks
