Ff7 remake is 50$ so at least they not charging full price for it unlike some other companies

You can still download dsi games 20 years later so i don't see this being an issue in the coming decades, maybe they'll have found an alternative and re-print game key cards by that point

Id say it makes sense to buy it on ps5 in your case, and besides Resident Evil games go on sale all the time so you could always buy it on switch 2 later on when it gets a good deal if you also want a portable experience
