Yooka-Replaylee only runs at 30fps on NS2 at launch
Been enjoying the demo on Series X at 60fps
Thing is I copped the original Yooka-Laylee on Switch, and there’s a 30% discount if you upgrade the old version to the new one on the same platform holder’s systems (in other words Switch 1 version will only upgrade to NS2 version, which is expected).

The devs did say they’re exploring adding a Performance mode to the NS2 version in the future though.

yeah i watched some dude show the gameplay and i actually thought it looked fun really wonder if they’re hiding some other part of the map that’s not just the city

If you’ve never played ‘em then $35 each is absolutely worth it since they’re near-perfect games imo
Even better that you get more enhancements when playing on NS2 (4K and mouse controls)

It does, but it doesnt output higher than 720p iirc so It doesnt look great anyway.
If you can find it at a reasonable price then go for it, im just talking from experience. Also worth it to emulate other consoles, including the ds
