Samus’s speed booster >>> this basic-ass motorcycle
But if this motorcycle grants her an appearance in Mario Kart then I’m all for it actually
Man what the hell is this

i agree with this though

Gonna try to keep an open mind when the game launches and we find out whether the addition of a motorcycle was worth it or not
I guess Nintendo thinks it’s hype enough as a hook to the game for the marketing
Yeah maybe if it was the '90s
But ultimately, still grateful we’re even getting a new Prime game
Got the switch 2 recently. I’ve legit never played any Nintendo games since the Wii (and the only games I had on that thing was Wii sports resort).
What games do y’all recommend? I’ve got Mario kart world but looking for more 🤔
This is cool
Though the Parental Control app is still more accurate if you wanna track exactly how many hours and minutes your playtime with a game is (only with Switch 1/2)
44:15 hours so far for me in ZA

Edit: it is cool you can see older systems though. Just annoying it’s another app on your phone.
looking to dive into rpgs in the near future and honestly this seems like the right system to do this with, any recs I should get? so far i bought smt 3 nocturne and 5 vengeance (will likely get the persona games if i like any of these)
dont rec final fantasy either cos i already have some of them on another system but ill likely get 7 remake on here when it comes out
Xenoblade or dq11 are good choices but honestly if you’re already on the smt wave just try that out first

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and 3 are genuinely both top 30 games ever made

throwing my hat in the ring for the world ends with you. as long as you are willing to play in handheld mode so you get the authentic game design with the touch controls.
So I just did some Google search for how much time it took until the OLED version of the first Nintendo Switch got released and it was like 4 years and 7 months after the original release of the non-OLED Nintendo Switch... So if Nintendo does this again so will I have to wait until December 2029 or January 2030... Maybe even until March-June 2030.
Oh well... I just hope things are better by then as in the price for the Nintendo Switch 2 (OLED) itself and the price for the 1st/2nd party games, the Pro controller and other stuff that I am planning to get so far. I don't see myself getting into buying physical games again as I haven't done that since September 2013 and I don't plan to do that unless the only way to get a game is that way which is the case with Super Mario 3D: All Stars.
Anyway I've now downloaded all of the Nintendo apps that are essential to have which is like 3 apps so far which is good enough until it makes sense for me to one day own a Nintendo Switch whether it's the Nintendo Switch 2 (OLED) or the Nintendo Switch 3... I mean if Nintendo decides to do that again
But thanks for the help guys as I've a wish-list now with all of the stuff I'll need to get when it's the right time to get a Nintendo Switch 2 (OLED) or whatever it'll be by then
Mario kart at 9.57m sold, what a nutty attach rate
DK selling 3.5m in a couple months is also huge
MK not surprising considering everyone at my GameStop at the midnight release also bought MKW

I think Covid may have impacted the release timing of the OLED model so maybe they actually wanted the system out 6-12 months sooner than the actual launch date (just my own speculation).
So hopefully we won’t have to wait that long for NS2 OLED
There might be a slight chance we get Switch 2 Lite first in a year or two with Pokémon gen 10 being leaked for 2026.
Can’t believe they thought this s*** would suit a Metroid game

Yeah f*** the motorcycle
On a positive note, at least everything else about the game looks like the Metroid Prime we all know and love

I don’t see how it’s that different from Link getting a motorcycle in botw, it looks like it’ll be fun. And it’s most likely just to traverse in between levels, it’s not like the whole game is about a motorcycle man
Metroid prime 4 previews next friday, i bet something MP4 related happens on wednesday/thursday.
Who would've thought marketing for this game would've started amping up a month before release! I never said such a thing multiple times! Never happened with other Nintendo games of all stature before

Hmm yeah that could be the reason why it took this long... I hope it'll take no more than 3-4 years then.
And yes I can see them releasing a Nintendo Switch 2 Lite in like 2-3 years from now before the Nintendo Switch 2 (OLED) is out.
Anyway I hope Nintendo changes their mind in the next 2-3 years or then dunno when I'll ever get any Nintendo related hardware/software... Like I gotta be rich to be able to afford it and especially with me missing 1-2 generations of Nintendo games/hardware and I still gotta get other stuff like a PS6/PS6 handheld and see if I still wanna get the arcade stick from Sony and the speakers they're making too or just focus on getting a PS6/PS6 Pro and MAYBE the PS6 handheld if it's worth it... And well if its screen is less than 2K (1440p) then nah fam I'm not getting it... So it gotta be 2K or above for me to get it!
But man this sucks tbh guys... Nintendo got some fire exclusives for real for real :/
