The Nintendo store opening near me just announced it’s grand opening is May 15th Switch 2 could be just after that…

I've been expecting a June release for Switch 2 but now when I think back, the distance between the original Nintendo Switch's January Presentation and the Switch's release wasn't 2 months but just 1 and a half months apart. With that in mind, the release "may" actually end up being sometime in the middle of May or the latter half of it. It is possible, but I will stick to expecting a June release to have some margin and not get too hyped over speculation.

Yeah, but that doesnt mean it'll cost 500$ lol. Nintendo president also said "price will consider the affidability customers expect from Nintendo" so i doubt this will be too expensive. They're also already prepared for those damn tariffs. I think worst case scenario is 450$ and i still am not convinced of it. They need casual families to afford one too

I would like for it to be true just to further differentiate the Switch 2 from the Switch 1 and give people more incentive to get the Switch 2, but I know people gon be so mad if that indeed is the case

I worded it as a theory but in actuality we got proof its coming. A FCC filing was released recently of an unreleased controller that most likely is the gamecube wavebird judging by its layout, and the filing is the same as the ones for the nes, snes and n64 NSO controllers. Ngl, i didnt get any of those, but id buy the wavebird in a heartbeat, even if im not that big of a gamecube fan

Although lowkey i dont think they'll ever drop melee cause then no hardcore fan would get the new one lol
