I know you're talking bout The Netherlands, so to answer on that: policy on that says we shouldnt even be doing that in this case. It doesn't fit the requirements. And i can see why you're worried. I understand the Afghanistan situation. The USA did it there too and it led to extremist groups. They mostly armed foreign fighters tho. And that's where Al Qaeda originated from, which came to bite em in the ass later on. I'm well aware on that. And they still do it in the Middle East.
