I know you're talking bout The Netherlands, so to answer on that: policy on that says we shouldnt even be doing that in this case. It doesn't fit the requirements. Also, i don't agree w arming nazis, which you try to put in my mouth. But i can see why countries want to help Ukraine when they ask for it when being attacked tho. And that's the real problem
We can talk bout nazis in Ukraine in the army. We can talk bout nazis in the Russian army. We can talk bout nazis in the American army. We can even talk bout nazis in the Dutch army. It attracts right wing extremists..
And i can see why you're worried. I understand the Afghanistan situation. The USA did it there too and it led to extremist groups. They mostly armed foreign fighters tho. And that's where Al Qaeda originated from, which came to bite em in the ass later on. I'm well aware on that. And they still do it in the Middle East. In this case it's a legit army tho, and yes there are nazis among them. They are arming the Ukranian army first and foremost
The thing is that it's not individual Nazis in the army, that's a problem in all Western countries, it's a whole national guard unit that's part of the Ukrainian military. They proudly wear their Nazi insignias on their arms. So yes, unfortunately we are arming Nazis.

Ofc not, I'm a slav myself (croat), but like there's no denying most of our people have these tendencies. Every ex-yugo i know who lives in Germany thinks like this still. Polish people are pretty hardcore religious too. My small sample size of russogermans are the only ones relatively moderate and even they would still pull up for putin if it were necessary.
