irrelevant
ima keep reiterating that he still doesn’t have a major label machine behind him as he’s doing this
I get that we all want a fresh face and a new artist to rise to the top but this guy ain’t it. He might peak out at a Rod Wave type of relevancy but that’s it
the nigga got his homie who engineered the beat and gave him a therapy session on the song to be his therapist bartender at the bar as they perform the song together but we not finna appreciate bros effort in hiphop?
ight man, salute.
Yeah he’s a student athlete type rapper but he appeals to the white crowd too
student athlete type rapper is honestly the perfect description lmao
I can be wrong, that’s totally possible
I’m just predicting that this guy is gonna be a flash in the pan type situation
Also, @Valentine
The fact that this thread was titled around how many streams he’s been getting recently says it all

ain’t this what we loved about music??? the ability to nerd out to s*** like this?
we mad cause he made a successful country song???

He definitely doesn't make ktt type of music
Nobody’s hating I’ve just seen this movie before
He’s been grinding since 2023 you’ve just been sleeping
Maybe you just ain’t listen to rap like that
i wonder why (hes a coon)
i don’t know s*** about bro i’ve only heard his music during timeouts when watching sports or when he’s in a commercial lol

i mean i titled it that cause it was something that Billboard made a point of in the article i was reading so if it’s a big deal to them, it’s gotta mean something

Never felt enticed to click play on his songs due to his artist name making me think he's a Melz-core artist but I just played bits of his top 10 most popular songs but based on those I don't see long term potential. Not a sound that can go completely mainstream and he feels very limited as an artist as his part in those songs felt like 1 long ass track instead of 10 separate songs
But respect to him for breaking through without a big label push (unless I've missed something)

I’ve been aware of him for a while, never been interested in anything I’ve heard

Right, but usually new artists bubble up centered around how good their art is… not how successful it’s been in the past 6 months
Country white dudes
Like Kevin Gates had a significant amount of white fans too dawg like
i’m from kentucky everybody around here country fr lol so in my mind it’s just white dudes in general lol
i don’t know any non-country white people to compare lol
k
man that’s just a sliver of the example of the content bro has put out
this really a down to earth artist KTT would love cause they group really care about this s*** man and the people who helped get them there. he’s super interactive with his fans
whatever I guess, salute to yall lmao

I’m sure he’s a good guy and it’s dope that he’s finding success, I just don’t think he’s gonna become a big star like this thread is implying, that’s it
Again, I could totally be wrong, this is just my prediction

I don't see him ever being like the #1 guy but I think he's steadily been building a fanbase for the last couple years and is only getting larger
It's not like he's a sudden meme artist that exploded because of some weird antics of gimmicks
I think he will be around for a long time and will have a dedicated fanbase that supports him

#4 song independent while being good friends with one of the biggest stars in country (Shaboozey) and working with all he new stars in country with incoming features from Post, Combs and JellyRoll on a sound that’s hot right now he just got a hit off of?
i guess we’ll see. that’s a lot of factors to fight against lmfao
