Jul 7, 2023I love this game but collecting all the memory tokens to fully complete the islands was a lot lmao, I finished Ares Island with 522 memory tokens
if I didn't have spindash to get to a lot of them easily idk if I would have done it lol. at least I can wear a cool crown in-game now :p - Jul 7, 2023
NGNLthey knocked it out the park this time, amazing quality of life updates and setting a perfect example of listening to the different corners of a fan base
Spin dash back, Optional Cinematic attacks, momentum, optional boost filter on stage music, Colorful landscapes, bringing more life out of the Kocos through impressive platforming and puzzle sections
I really liked the game that we were presented with as an art piece, but this DLC brings out the zany cartoony sandbox game that feels like Sonic of different eras combined
Pretty hard to believe I found myself taking a break from Zelda for this again and that we still have another drop ahead
this update made me put like 15 more hours out into this game lol. the next update is going to be super big for this game

I went back to 100% all of the islands including memory tokens, new cocos, etc., and do the cyber space challenges, and spin dash sped up that process by a lot lol. I hope everyone that was complaining understands why they chose to make it unlockable now

Waiting for the story additions and new zones. Interested to see how different the game will play/feel when we get to play as the different characters too. Tails and Knuckles being able to fly and climb up s*** would break a lot of the zones, so I wonder how they'll take those abilities into account.
