That CGI technology is trash every time they use it for Star Wars movies.
I would prefer if they just recast them with younger actors.
But, I’m not gonna lie I did geek out a lil when I saw Luke.
Was anybody else disappointed it was Luke? I was hoping they would reveal that there was another jedi still kicking around ngl

The CGI was f***ing ass. You could tell it was unfinished. Uncanny valley all the time
I really enjoyed Season 2 aside from some inconsequential episodes (they were also at least good)
Imma peep that Asoka spin off, she's a very interesting character (only seen her in this show, but I'm also considering checking out clone wars, but I haven't seen the prequels/ kinda avoiding them lmao )
Am I the only one who despises Bo Katan in this? Her acting is so.... insincere
Idc about her and her crew tbh. Gina Carano is aight tho

Ahsoka is one of the best characters IMO. I'm hype for the show. If you wanna get a good feel for her character google a selection of Clone Wars/Rebels episodes to watch that feature her.

Will do. I'm most excited for General Thrawn and her. Wanna see her featured some more , and also finally see Thrawn in action

Yes
Comparing any show to breaking bad will make it look inferior, other shows are allowed to be good as well
could you imagine a vince gilligan directed and peter gould written episode of SW though
s*** would be so hard for sure

Oh itd absolutely be a masterpiece

They supposedly used deep fake tech and not an actual 3D facial rending
One thing i really liked about this season was seeing things from the empire’s point of view
They kinda humanized stormtroopers and the empire in general instead of just letting them be expendable
More specifically, hearing that shuttle pilot talking about how the rebels were terrorists that killed millions on the death stars was really cool imo. Im sure a lot of the empire were good people that were victims of propaganda, just like some of the worst regimes in real life. It’d be really cool if they go into that further in the future
This or Rogue One?
This episode or mando s2?
Honestly either way probably mando

nah f*** that give me a f***ing spin off show not just a episode. they’d make the best SW content period end of story.
I get loser vibes from people hating on Bo-Katan
Niggas mad she insulted their test tube baby idol Boba “it’s muh daddy’s armor” Fett

Always been my issue with Star Wars, and why I feel overall it’s a rich universe with mediocre stories. Unless you’ve played some of the games, it’s very black & white with its presentation of Empire vs Republic/Rebels. Evil vs Good. There rarely ever give you as a viewer any actual reason as to why you might root for the Empire other than “they’re cool bro”. I’ve read a decent amount of SW comics and even in those I can’t really remember any Imperial citizen that wasn’t an aristocrat, that actually liked Imperial rule, or gave any reasons for why a soldier would fight for it other than not wanting to be oppressed n killed
