It's not banned , they didn't release it in Japan only because they had to censure it and because MK doesn't sell well in Japan wasn't worth it

Mario- 9 reps
Pokémon- 8 reps standard; 10 reps if you count Pokémon Trainer as 3
Fire Emblem- 8 Reps
Zelda- 6 reps
Metroid- 4 reps

Every other franchise has 3 reps or less. This is why another Fire Emblem character stings the most.

We have a ton of franchises that are underrepresented but we get another FE rep who wields a Sword.

There are 80 other characters in the game. There are 4 other DLC characters. Who cares if we get one more FE character from one of the biggest games of last year. There are 6 more damn dlc characters coming. Y’all literally deserve nothing. We don’t deserve Ultimate
