It looks good, but it’s most likely not gonna make much money. If you’re trying to do a shared universe, the films have to be successful for it to get off the ground

It’s horror and the budget is only $40 million . It’ll make a nice profit for sure

Normally, yes this is true, but DC is in a very unique position. They still tryna wipe off the stink of the DCEU with general audiences. That’s why I think they should’ve played it safe for their first few films. Establish new & better iterations of the characters that the DCEU royally f***ed up so audiences know it’s a new regime
