Well as you know then every case can be handled accordingly and any one experience can't qualify for all....this woman is an icon and seems applicable in her court statement. She won't be in "normal" state of mind but from her actions compared to other icons she is capable of responsibility of her own decisions

With all due respect, im sure if your sister wants to get a pink cupboard in her room- she would be allowed to do so, and if she wanted to have a baby in the future im sure your family wouldnt simply deny her of that chance

She verbally requested in the court she wanted it to end.
The problem for her though is shes not allowed to pick her own attorney to file those motions.
So she could say anything.... if the lawyer doesn't want to file it. It wont get filed. And shes not allowed to go somewhere else and hire a new lawyer
