There's an actual procedure yes.... but if you, me or anyone else wants to follow that procedure we dont do it ourselves, because we dont know what the f*** we're doing.

We hire a lawyer, and tell them what we want. Then they go and file whatever paperwork needs to be filed.

She cant do that. She has a lawyer that was appointed for her. That was essentially telling her not to speak. Not to share the details of the conservatorship. That she wasn't allowed to meet before the case started.

and even if that one gets replaced, she still wont be allowed to hire one of her own choice anyway
