how could you possibly think this

You act like my opinion isn’t shared by many. TLOU got 10/10s from everyone.

I’ve seen a lot of people giving this game a 6/10.
Granted I sill have a long way to go but at the moment I’m not feeling it.

Please tell me I'm not the only one thinking the stealth mechanics are broken?

Listening doesn't show enemies half the time even when you can see them. So constantly attacked from the sides

I’m only 3.5 hours into the game but the stealth mechanics have been fine for me

Only 3.5 hours into this game but this game is bad and highly dissapointing.

The combat controls feels very wonky, the story is terrible, the characters aren’t that likeable, and the combat relies too much on hand to hand combat and stealth which I don’t remember using nearly as much in the first game.

The first TLOU is a top 10 game ever for me but this game is such a downgrade in every way possible except for the graphics and maybe world design.

U still in the tutorial my g relax

The world design is noticeably worse than the first game

i'm honestly taken aback by the fact you think the combat feels 'wonky'

the combat to me, is extremely satisfying. you're only 3.5 hours into the story so you honestly can't really make a judgement on if you think the story is 'terrible' or not. also, i think you are confusing a confronting story with a poorly written story.

despite the fact that some of yalls reasons to hate the game is kinda stupid, the game being extremely divisive is fire.

i just think saying the game mechanically bad is absolutely stupid

I’m not letting others influence me. But I’m not having fun. 3.5 hours into this game and I don’t think I’ve had fun once.

It’s just reviews show me that I probably won’t start liking it.

Regardless of how you feel about this game it's impossible to ignore the fact that the controversy surrounding the leaks, the push backs, and the way the Naughty Dog team was treated trying to get this game out seems like a gigantic waste of time. Even if you think TLOU2 is a great game it still isn't close to as good as the first one. Anyone who says differently is lying

    How?

The gun controls feel mad clunky and off base, the stealth isn’t fun like in #1, and there’s lots of glitches in the game like your character crouching when you are trying to slide through a wall.

It took forever to come out and still feels like it was rushed.

Maybe it’s because I’ve been playing Valorant 24/7 when I play videogames but the shooting in this game just feels off.

I got on Valorant after playing 2 hours of this game and my aim was off in Valorant unlike normal.

This game has terrible shooting and if it’s not actually terrible it feels terrible.

If anyone is still considering buying this game, especially at full price, I would definitely suggest watching Chris Smoove's playthrough instead. Save your money and you can stop at any time with no loss, although He edited out the s\*\*\*scene

really surprised you feel this way about the gameplay. imo, the gameplay in part 2 takes everything great about part 1 and builds upon it. the atmosphere and tension when i'm in a battle with other human enemies is something i definitely didn't feel in the first game. in the first game, even on higher difficulties it literally felt like i could just run around and be fine - in this i'm literally playing as meticulously as possible so i don't waste ammo or resources.

also, i haven't run into any glitches or bugs so far in the game.

I don't think the game really opens up until you get to Seattle. Even the beginning parts of Seattle are meant to be a tutorial.

And if you think the game is boring/not satisfying try turning up the difficulty. It really ups the tension and survival aspects. I could understand why someone would think it was boring if they were just cakewalking through it not really being scared of dying.

I’ve upgraded my guns, It’s not the guns. It’s the shooting mechanics, they just feel off base and poorly optimized unlike the first game (or any of the uncharteds for that matter)
