The internet hate for Teezo is odd because his show was packed out when I went

Tons of super popular artists get a lot of hate online

  • Benny Boy

Omg they had a marketing package. Didn't know this was connected to the Illuminati. And you're saying more people noticed him after time passed? Sounds fishy to me.

And the funniest part about this is that he didn't pop. So are they puppeteers or not? You think the MBA he gives 10% to was like marketing research shows nails in your hair is guaranteed success. And parodying 1970s supafly too. Did they pay people on Tik Tok to do the Teezo dance?

If only you know how true that last sentence was lmao.

  • carlos slim

lol they play him in all the stores?

    a lot bro a lot

  • U can tell how many folks on this forum dont be in the industry by how brightly colored yall be seeing some of this s***
    .

If the general public knew how cooked some of the numbers was (and i aint talking bout bot/stream numbers) man oh man lmao

  • No his music stinks

  • internet buddy

    Fivio was

Fivio wasn’t a failed label experiment

He was the closest thing on paper to Pop given his allegiance to him and musical styling

Unfortunately he was dogshit and deserves to never have a career again

  • NGL I cropped his part out of modern jam

  • Smacked Voodoo

He was trash and people pretending to like him or give him a pass because he was "different" were also annoying as f***.

  • He's a creative dude who hasn't fully put it together yet to me but he's only got one full project so

  • Feb 4

    obviously

  • He still has a fan base so I wouldn’t call him a failure

  • Benjy

    I like his features

yeah same never got the hate i thought his utopia feature added a lot

  • he had a strong visual cohesion so labels ate it up but he never had any semblance of musical talent

he would have been better off managing artists visual campaigns / roll outs

    hes all look no music

  • Bernie X

He was on albums by guys who are well established enough to not need mandated features

I think the possibility that your favorite artists working with other artists they think are dope despite you not caring for them escapes you guys

what if i told you your favorite big artists still have to meet demands from their labels

  • bro should’ve just been a model or lent his vibe and look to another more capable artist imo but he had a fun song here or there

teezo seems like decent enough ppl he really needed a year or two in the incubator and a great artist development team

it’s sad how labels don’t focus on artist development anymore and they just push an artist to get returns immediately

imagine how much further he would have got if he would have developed his songwriting ability

    he has flashes of greatness

You talk like it’s over forever now? He still has a fan base and he’s an extremely good live performer, he will be fine

  • I don’t think anyone expected huge numbers from Teezo out the gate

it’s not over but history has shown when artists like this get fame and popularity off their visuals and not the music, they don’t have much incentive to make great music

they have ppl around them d***riding them into believing they s*** gold, labels are gonna be happy as long as merch and tickets still sell

ofc he can still have a succesful career and history has also shown us many young artists can pivot towards being great focused songwriters in time.
