GhomaAs a huge fan of Kendrick, his voice is one of the weakest points. One example being with Humble, where he’s like”Sit down, beeamboo” and it surely makes a bad impression on a new hip hop fan.
Same goes for Lupe Fiasco, they just sound…weak and “beta” for the lack of better term. Eminem, Drake, Snoop exert this dominant and strong vibe just off their voice alone.
Lupe has maybe my favourite voice ever wtf. Bro has so much charisma and energy but also knows when to tone it down

The voice is the most important aspect of a rapper so it wouldn’t be crazy if this was their reasoning, nor would it be something to not say out loud
