Sundays i cook a smoked turkey leg & then take the fat&bone from that to make pot of black beans to go with the turkey & white rice.
If no turkey, ill take the black beans, mash them in the pot with onions and chipotle to make refired beans to go on a tortilla w avocado/egg

Goya red kidney beans, 2 cans don't drain em put it all in there, couple scoops of sofrito and recaito, adobo, some garlic, diced onions and peppers, chop up a few potatoes, throw it in a pot, put that b**** on a nice low and slow and keep stirring until everything's nice and sexy and the texture's right. With some white rice. Thank me later
