I should amend my statement and say I do fw chickpeas for what it’s worth
So some of the beans if it's a black bean or pinto beans you can take out of the can into a saucepan, add spices and oil and cook it down so it's like refried beans you'd get at Chipotle
For other beans you can put some cucumber , tomato, olive oil and make a salad
You can mash them up and make a puree which is really filling
Drain the water, cook it with spices as a side dish
If it's a chick pea or kidney bean you can make a nice curry
