Someone put me on to a way I can prepare cauliflower that makes it taste good. Every time I've had it, I couldn't imagine anyone actually enjoying it.
cut one medium head into small florets, mix ½cup flour and ½cup water and toss the florets in that. roast em for 15min at 400f, flipping em halfway thru. while they cooking heat up your sauce on the stove, I do a splash of olive oil, rice vinegar, and a hefty amount of something spicy (I like Lao Gan Ma spicy chili oil) but don't let it simmer, just get it hot. After 15min toss the florets in that s*** and then roast for another 4-5min. eat up

All veggies are fire depending on prep. Now if ur talking eating it like a side to a main meal with mid prep. Probably squash
