I don't fully recall but I think around the mid 50's (don't know what blood sugar measurement you use in your country but where I live in Sweden/Europe it's mmol/L)

in canada we use for example 6.7 and anything over 10.0 is considered high what is your cgm alarm set as for high and low ?

Oh, I think we have the same unit of measurement (mmol/L) then. Under 4.0 counts as low blood sugar here and that's when I usually feel the symptoms of being low. Over 10 is high for the average person I guess but my alarm is set to 12.
