Yes. Born in Harlem, raised in the Bronx. I moved to SF and bought a house in Burlingame this year though. I had been planning to leave New York since around 2022. Didn’t like where things were headed.

Still the best city in human history and returning is always a possibility but definitely not for the foreseeable future.

People keep talking about racism but if you think there wasn’t going to be heavy dissatisfaction with a self proclaimed socialist becoming the mayor of the financial capital of the world then idk what to say. Not everything is racist, plenty of people just do not like his ideas and plans.
